What began in 2023 as a passion project between two entrepreneurial families from Germany and their Dutch distilling partner has evolved into an international premium spirits brand. United by a shared obsession with craftsmanship and the golden glamour of the 1920s, they set out to create a gin that would stand apart — not just in taste, but in presence. After captivating Europe's most discerning palates, the journey demanded a new chapter.

That chapter opened in Fort Myers, Florida, through a partnership with List Craft Distillery — a fourth family joining the vision. Together, they created something that didn't exist in the American market: a world-class premium gin, distilled entirely on American soil with organic botanicals from Florida and California. No import. No compromise. From there, the ambition expanded northward — to Miami's vibrant bar scene, and ultimately to the city that inspired the brand's very soul: New York.

We did not come to participate. We came to define the category.
