The Process
Gatsby Bourbon 12 is aged for twelve years in charred American oak barrels, produced in small batches to ensure exceptional depth and character. The extended maturation period allows the spirit to develop rich layers of vanilla, caramel, and toasted oak that define the Gatsby bourbon experience.
